Dardenne Prairie, MO — MAY 13, 2025— Monarch Materials Group is proud to support the 2025 Fischer Homes’ St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway by donating a complete egress window package for the new construction home in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.

Midwest Regional Sales Manager, Chris White, worked directly with Fischer Homes to coordinate the donation and was able to tour the home on-site. “This home is absolutely beautiful and it’s an honor to be part of a project that will have such a big impact on someone’s life,” said White. “Being part of something that directly supports families going through the unimaginable is both humbling and inspiring.”

Fischer Homes, one of Monarch’s trusted partners in several Midwest markets, has built over 30 St. Jude Dream Homes to date, raising more than $32 million to fight childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. This year’s Dardenne Prairie home continues that mission — built with the goal of raising critical funds for families being treated at St. Jude.

Tickets for the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway go on sale June 5th, with the giveaway taking place on August 14th. Every ticket purchased helps ensure that families battling childhood cancer can focus on what matters most: helping their child live.

Stephen comes to Monarch after an extensive career in selling residential and commercial building materials. He also brings a vast knowledge of product installation and proper installation techniques. 

Stephen has completed his Monarch product training and is looking forward to meeting with all the Monarch customers in the Western Territory within the next few months.

The relay race, known for its blend of competitive running, outrageous costumes, and a spirited atmosphere, saw participants race through the scenic Raccoon River Valley Trail System, paved streets, and gravel back roads of west central Iowa.

​Mo Warford, President of Monarch Materials Group, expressed her enthusiasm for supporting such a lively and engaging event. "We love being part of this community. Sponsoring the Market to Market Relay and offering our parking area as an exchange point has been a pleasure for our company for several years now. It’s wonderful to see everyone having fun and coming together," said Warford.

​The Market to Market Relay Iowa race, beyond being a fun-filled event, also contributes to the local community by donating to the Raccoon River Valley Trail.
