Monarch Materials Group is a privately-owned company that has been manufacturing products since the early 1900’s. Monarch moved to its current Adel location in 1973 and employs individuals from many of the surrounding towns and the Des Moines metro area.
We recruit some of the best talent for our team – including sales, finance, administration, and operations. For our manufacturing facility we have a need for assemblers, welders, steel workers, logistics, purchasing, engineers & maintenance personnel.
