ADEL, IOWA – September 24, 2025 – Monarch Materials Group was proud to take part in a special moment at Adel-DeSoto-Minburn (ADM) High School’s Tiger Fest celebration on September 19, marking the official unveiling of the ADM Victory Bell. The Victory Bell project, made possible by generous donations—including a $20,000 gift from Monarch’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dave Mulcahy—was brought to life during this year’s homecoming festivities. For the first time, ADM Tiger fans heard the ring of the new bell, a symbol of community spirit, teamwork, and future victories. Representing Monarch Materials Group, were employees AJ Akins, McKenna & Jarrad Lehman, Jerry Kyle, Jon King, and Fox & Ryan Mulcahy. The ceremony took place the evening before the ADM homecoming football game, during Tiger Fest, a community-wide celebration filled with school pride, family activities, and the spirit of togetherness. “Tiger Fest was the perfect event to unveil the Victory Bell,” said Ryan Mulcahy after he and his son, Fox, rang the victory bell. “We anticipate this bell will stand as a symbol of pride and success throughout Tiger Nation for years to come.”
For Monarch Materials Group, the event was more than just a celebration, it was also a moment to recognize the donors who made the Victory Bell possible. Monarch is proud of Dave Mulcahy’s leadership and generosity, and of its employees who continue to engage with the local community in meaningful ways. The Victory Bell will now serve as a lasting tradition at ADM, celebrating achievements and uniting the community with every ring.
