Monarch Hosts Annual Holiday Party to Celebrate Employees

​Adel, Iowa – December 19, 2024 – Monarch Materials Group’s annual holiday party brought warmth and cheer to a chilly winter day at the company’s headquarters in Adel, Iowa. This much-anticipated event welcomed all employees to help celebrate the holidays and another successful year together.

The highlight of the event was a spirited white elephant gift exchange, which brought laughter, camaraderie, and festive fun to the celebration. To thank employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year, Monarch’s leadership team ended the event with the distribution of gifts to each employee.
